Job summary

Wiltshire Council is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join Riverbank Day Opportunities in Chippenham on a full-time basis. You will support adults with learning disabilities and/or autism to live fulfilling lives and provide day-to-day guidance to Support Workers.

Together with the Team Leader you will maintain high standards of care and safeguarding, promote dignity, inclusion and independence, help people access the community and work toward individual goals within a person-centred service.

Responsibilities
