Job summary

Agincare Wiltshire is seeking a Senior Support Worker on the outskirts of Trowbridge. You will lead shifts, provide hands-on support including personal care and community activities, and ensure high-quality, consistent care for individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.

The role combines hands-on support with leadership, offering development opportunities, funded training, and a pension. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior support or team leader role.
• Ability to support individuals with complex needs.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.
• Strong organisation and IT skills.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support, including personal care and community activities.
• Support and guide team members across multiple locations.
• Review care plans, risk assessments, and records.
• Liaise with families and professionals.
• Step in to lead shifts and ensure high-quality, consistent support.
