Job summary

Making Space Charity is inviting applications for a Senior Support Worker position at Cedar House in Spalding, Lincolnshire. Salary £25,298 per annum, 35 hours weekly, and an opportunity to supervise a team of support workers delivering values-based care.

You will support adults with LD, dementia and mental health needs, following care plans, administering medication and assisting with daily living tasks, while supporting staff development and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience supporting adults within health and social care.
• Experience working with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and mental health needs.
• Experience administering medication and following care plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate tasks to support workers.
• Ensure values-based care is delivered to the highest standards.
• Follow care plans and administer medication as required.
• Support adults with daily living tasks and community access.
