Brighton & Hove Clinic, operated by Elysium Healthcare, is seeking a Senior Support Worker to help care for young people with complex needs in a Mental Health setting. You will lead shifts, support service users, coordinate activities, and liaise with families and professionals to maintain high standards of care.

The role involves medication administration, supervision of staff, and maintaining reports and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mental Health care
• Experience overseeing a shift
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Organise and oversee the smooth running of a shift and ensure wellbeing of service users
• Supervise support staff and coordinate activities

• Oversee daily reports, budgets, audits and H&S checks
