Job summary

National Care Group is recruiting a Senior Support Worker to join Integra Ty Newydd in Cardiff, a six-bedroom home supporting women with enduring mental health needs. You will work with the team to assess support needs and develop new ideas to enhance service quality.

The ideal candidate will hold Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or be working toward it, with empathy and leadership to motivate a team.

Qualifications

• Ability to treat others with respect, listen to their needs and understand their emotions.
• Be kind, friendly and honest.
• Minimum Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards this.

Responsibilities
