Keys Group in Rushden is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead a team of Support Workers within our 24/7 Specialist Supported Living service for autistic adults and those with learning disabilities. You will ensure high standards of care, follow care plans, and support residents toward greater independence.

The role pays £14.45–£15.05 per hour, with 5.6 weeks' leave, DBS paid, career development, a pension, and a full induction. Applicants must be 18+ and committed to person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Support Workers
• Providing high standards of care for the people we support, in line with care and support plans
• Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
• Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
• Liaise with health professionals and their families
• Complete supervisions and audits
• To ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
