Autism Initiatives Group of Companies is seeking a Senior Support Worker for Lostock Hall. The role is 39 hours per week with a salary of £28,188 per annum pro rata based on 39 hours. You will support people to live independently and work with a small team under the Service Manager, including some evenings and weekends.

You will receive ongoing support and training, with opportunities to gain Diploma Level 3 in Adult Care (RQF). Enhanced DBS is required and the company will cover the cost.

Qualifications

• Diploma Level 3 in Adult Care (RQF) is required or in progress.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure required; cost borne by employer.

Responsibilities

• Support people to live independently and participate in their local community.
• Lead a team and deputise for the Service Manager as needed.
• Work patterns include evenings and weekends; sleep-in duties discussed at interview.
