Job summary

Dignus Group is seeking a Senior Support Worker in Nottingham to lead shifts and deliver person-centred care for adults with complex needs. You will supervise a team, support daily living activities, and help residents achieve independence in a supportive home environment.

You will work 5 days out of 7 on a 24/7 rota, with opportunities for progression and funded training to advance to the Deputy Manager category over time.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification is desirable.
• Full paid training and qualifications provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and oversee daily operations of the home.
• Support adults with daily living, routines and independence goals.
• Motivate and guide the team to deliver high-quality care.
• Support care plans, risk assessments, medication and records.
• Collaborate with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to maintain standards.
• Supervise and mentor Support Workers on shift; deputise for management when needed.
