Job summary

Active Care Group is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for Kingly Croft in Hinckley. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred care to adults with brain injury and neurological conditions, supporting residents to gain independence and achieve goals.

Hours based on rota (full-time), with every other weekend shift; salary £32,017.89 (FTE) pro rata; enhanced DBS required; NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care desirable.

Qualifications

• Personal care and daily living support provided to residents.
• Good record-keeping and communication within a care team.
• Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding vulnerable adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Run and manage shifts, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.
• Maintain accurate, legible care records per the care plan.
• Support residents to achieve planned outcomes and gain independence.
