Job summary

Active Care Group is recruiting a Support Worker for our Kingly Terrace service in Rushden. This full-time role covers 42 hours on days and nights, working on a rota to provide consistent care for eight adults with acquired brain injuries or neurological conditions.

You will build relationships, support rehabilitation with therapists, and help with daily living activities and meals while maintaining dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience in care sector or mental health is advantageous.
• Enhanced DBS is required for successful candidates.
• Ability to work on a rota including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents and engage in rehabilitation plans.
• Support residents in rehabilitation with therapists.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and professionals.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Accurately report and record care provided.
