Job summary

Lifeways Group in Cobham, Surrey, is launching a brand-new Care Team Leader service and seeks caring leaders ready to shape culture from day one.

As a Care Team Leader, you will lead a team of Support Workers to deliver outstanding care, support recruitment and training, and ensure residents live independent, fulfilling lives. The role runs 37.5 hours weekly with early/late shifts and alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care required.
• Experience as Team Leader or Senior Support Worker preferred.
• Strong communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality care.
• Ensure people we support live fulfilling, independent lives.
• Support recruitment, training, and supervision of staff.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, professionals and families.
• Maintain accurate records with strong written and IT skills.

Location:Cobham, Surrey
Contract: Full Time - 37.5hrs
Shift Pattern:Monday–Sunday, working alternate weekends

Shifts between: 07.00 - 22:00
