Job summary

Keys Group is recruiting for a Senior Support Worker in Holbeach, at a Children’s residential home. The role involves leading a team, delivering high‑quality care, and supporting children with complex needs in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will work flexibly in shifts and sleep-ins, with a focus on therapeutic care and positive outcomes for each child, under the guidance of a Service Manager and Deputy Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working within a Residential Children's home.
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare is required.
• Full UK driving license is essential.
• Knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality care services to children in a safe, nurturing home.
• Lead and mentor staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Contribute to strategic planning and development within the home.
• Provide therapeutic care and support to individual children to achieve positive outcomes.
• Act as a positive role model and build trusting relationships with children.
