Keys Group is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for a Children's Residential home in Peterborough. The role involves leading a small team, delivering therapeutic, safety-focused care and supporting the wellbeing of young people with complex needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a residential children's home.
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare is required.
• Knowledge of Ofsted safeguarding procedures essential.
• Full driving licence is essential.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and sleep-ins.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a care team to deliver high quality child care.
• Deliver therapeutic care and support for each child.
• Plan daily shifts, rosters and day-to-day management tasks.
• Ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance across the home.
