The National Autistic Society in Lancashire is seeking a Senior Support Worker for a part-time role at 18.5 hours per week. You will support autistic adults in their own homes or in our supported living settings, following individual care plans and daily routines.

Experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential; this role requires a female-only applicant. Flexibility for evenings and weekends and a driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• This role requires hands-on, person-centred support for autistic adults.
• Driving licence is essential for the role and potential local travel.
• Empathy and a positive attitude toward supporting vulnerable people are essential.
