Job Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a CFO Evolution - Community Support Worker to join our team.
As a support worker, your duties will involve working with a caseload of participants in a community environment. You will conduct initial assessments and continue supporting participants during their sentence by providing guidance and encouragement. Interventions will be delivered one-on-one and through group activities to help participants overcome challenges, reintegrate into their communities, and successfully exit the program.
This initiative aims to create safe spaces where individuals who have undergone rehabilitation can engage in positive activities that promote social acceptance, improve health, and develop skills to face daily obstacles.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in probation, social care, or the criminal justice sector. We value confidence and the ability to work with diverse backgrounds, providing coaching and mentoring skills.
