Job summary

Agincare Bristol is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead and support teams while delivering person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities and autism across Bristol. Your leadership and hands-on approach will shape high-quality, consistent support and help people live safe, happy lives.

You'll oversee shifts, review care plans, and liaise with families and professionals, with a focus on compassionate, professional care and career development opportunities within a supportive,

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior support or team leader role.
• Confidence supporting complex needs
• Full UK driving licence and own car
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable/working towards)
• Strong organisation and IT skills
• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK

The people you’ll support:

You’llsupportindividuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. Each person is unique, and you’ll help ensure their care is person-centred, consistent, and tailored to their lifestyle, whether that’s providing personal care, helping with daily routines or enjoying days out or quieter time at home.
