Agincare Bristol is seeking a Senior Support Worker for our Oldham Common service in Bristol. You will balance hands-on support with leadership duties, reporting to the Registered Manager to ensure high-quality care and smooth operations.
You'll use Positive Behaviour Support approaches, work with families and professionals, supervise staff across multiple locations, review care plans and risk assessments, and help people with daily living and independence. A full UK driving licence is required.

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our Oldham Common service based in Bristol, helping to oversee and deliver high-quality support. You will report into the Registered Manager, splitting your time between hands‑on support and leadership/administrative tasks to ensure our service runs smoothly. This is a varied and rewarding role with plenty of opportunity to make an impact.
Many of the people we support have experienced trauma, exclusion, or services that haven’t worked for them. Your role will be to provide consistent, person-centred support, helping individuals build safer, more independent and fulfilling lives.
You'll use Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches, follow support plans, encourage community participation, and support people with daily living, personal care and developing independence.
Oldland Commonis a newly built service with six self‑contained homes for adults with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs.
Our aim is to help people move on from hospital settings, settle into the community, build independence and live meaningful lives
