Join Our Team as a Senior Support Worker
Location: | Wellington, Somerset |
Salary: | £13.53 per hour (£26,383.50 pro-rata) plus benefits. Additional £50 per sleep-in shift. |
Hours: | 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, on a shift rota basis. You will also be on the on-call rota. |
Contract: | Full-time, Permanent. |
Driving Requirement: | A valid full UK manual driving license is desirable but not essential for this role. |
Right to Work: | Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any skilled worker visas. |

Who you will be supporting?
Fiennes House is a 12-bed purpose-built residential home for adults with complex care needs, learning disabilities, or autism, some with challenging behaviors. It features a large sensory room with equipment for stimulating senses through lights, sounds, music, and touch, including a heated waterbed and materials for sensory experiences.
The residents are active, engaging with the community through activities like art classes, trampolining, music, gardening, and community outings.
