Essential for this job: Experience working with people who have a history of substance misuse, and some knowledge of Autism would be beneficial.

Tommy has a team currently working with him, but he needs a Senior Support Worker to assist the team leader and the team when necessary. Someone who can lead when called upon.

You might already have some leadership experience or be looking to develop your leadership skills. Regardless of where you are in your career, we need you to show resilience. In return, we will continue to develop you through full training, reflective support, supervision, and training to help you become the best version of yourself so you can support Tommy to be his best.

As part of the team, flexibility is essential. You will receive specific team training; you must use all your skills to develop a positive relationship with Tommy. Building trust takes time, but if you are the right person, you will succeed and excel. You must be someone who doesn't take things personally. Tommy is a great guy, and this job will be highly rewarding once you settle in and get to know him.
