Job summary

National Care Group operates Essential Care and Support Limited in Trimdon. We seek a Senior Support Worker earning £13.05 per hour (£27,144 per annum) for a 40-hour week to help shape care delivery in our supported living and outreach services.

You will support adults with diverse needs, lead a small team, and access paid training and qualifications. A full UK driving licence is required for this role.

We are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Essential Care and Support Limited – based in Trimdon.

The Senior Support Worker Role

Asa Senior Support Workeryour role will be to assist in the senior management to assess peoples support needs and workwith people we support to initiate and develop new ideas and methods regarding the quality of service.

The Ideal Candidate

• Supporting adults withlearning disabilities.
