National Care Group Limited is recruiting a Support Worker for our Essential Care and Support Limited team in Sunderland. The role offers £12.71 per hour (£26,436.80 per annum) with 20–40 hours per week and a commitment to person-centred care.

You will build positive relationships, support with daily tasks, personal care and activities, and help residents plan days out, promoting independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• You will build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and then planning goals and ambitions together.
• You will help to plan their daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
• You will assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication.
• You will help to plan and participate in any exciting days out they wish to enjoy.

The role of a National Care Group Support Worker
