Job summary

National Care Group is hiring a Support Worker for Hartlepool to assist adults with complex needs, providing personal care, daily tasks and engaging activities. You will build trusting relationships, plan goals with individuals, and support independence in a compassionate team.

The role requires a caring attitude, resilience and excellent communication, with opportunities for paid training and career development within a values-driven organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Passionately support young adults to fulfil their potential and build positive relationships by listening, discussing, and planning goals together.
  • Help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
  • Assist with personal care, including support with eating and administering medication.
  • Plan and participate in days out and community activities as requested.
  • Contribute to a caring, respectful, and inclusive environment for service users.
