Job summary

National Care Group Limited is recruiting a Support Worker for Essential Care and Support Limited-Trimdon. You will assist young adults with complex needs, plan daily activities, provide personal care and medication support, and help them participate in events and days out.

The role offers full-time shifts in Trimdon with paid training and opportunities to gain recognised qualifications within an inclusive team focused on wellbeing and independence.

• Support the person to become more independent wherever possible

The role of a National Care Group Support Worker

You will work with young adults who have complexneeds. We are looking for a respectful and caring individual who canpassionately support our young adults to fulfil their potential. This is asometimes challenging role but one with huge rewards.
