Job summary

Priory Group’s Riverview home in Teignmouth, Devon, is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead a small team and deliver person-centred care for eight residents.

You will assess and implement individual care plans, support wellbeing and dignity, and help residents participate in the community, with ongoing training and clear career development paths. This role is permanent, full-time, and paid at £14.25 per hour.

Senior Support Worker

Riverview is looking for a Senior Support Worker to join the team

Riverview is located in the picturesque seaside town of Teignmouth, Devon. Our home offers residential support for eight males and females who are autistic. We are on a side road within a short walk of the local town and all amenities, right on the coast.

Our team are dedicated to supporting the people we care for to develop skills that will enable them to fully participate in the community and live the life they want to.

What you'll be doing

Along with experience in leading a team, you will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents
