Job summary

Priory Group is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for Victoria House in Farnborough, Hampshire. Join a residential service supporting adults with long-term neurological conditions and brain injuries, with a focus on restoring independence and improving quality of life.

You will assist qualified staff, help implement care plans, and participate in therapeutic activities to promote wellbeing, dignity and recovery. Training and career development are provided.

Description

Victoria House is a residential service based in Farnborough, Hampshire which provides slower stream rehabilitation for adults with long-term neurological conditions, traumatic or acquired brain injury through medium or long-term placements.

We provide a secure and homely setting which is ideal in supporting individuals to become as independent as possible and is close enough to the local community to offer educational, vocational and employment opportunities.

What you'll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents
