We Manage Jobs is seeking three Senior Support Workers for their Pershore Short Breaks service. The role involves enhancing the lives of individuals with flexible support while conducting administrative tasks. Salary:£26213 - £28435 per annum Pro rata to hours
Hours per Week:25.50, 20.50 & 19.00hrs
Location: Pershore Short Breaks, Pershore

This post works a four-week rota which includes weekends and bank holidays you work every other weekend.

You will need to flexible, sensitive, use your own initiative, as well as having a can-do attitude. You will be working as part of an enthusiastic and experienced team.
The Role: Senior Support Worker
To continuouslyreviewadministrative processes and procedures to identify potential improvements
To implement new/revised administration systems including telephone procedures, filing manual and computerised, record storage etc to maintain records includingpersonnel, absence, holiday, and time attendance records,expenses, annual leave, timesheets, to process payments & invoices including debtor accounts and re-charges, to administer and reconcile the petty cash Impress account, Bed Statements
Repair Reporting, Ordering of Supplies/shopping when required, Bed sheets/dates planning the working week.
There will be a a short IT test, to support your understanding of your skills.
