Job Title: Senior Support worker x3

Salary: £26213 - £28435 per annum Pro rata to hours

Hours per Week: 25.50, 20.50 & 19.00hrs

Location: Pershore Short Breaks, Pershore

Team: Provider services

Permanent

This post works a four-week rota which includes weekends and bank holidays you work every other weekend.

The Role:

Pershore Short Breaks

Do you want to make a difference to someone's life? Do you have the enthusiasm and passion to enhance the lives of the individuals we support? You will need to flexible, sensitive, use your own initiative, as well as having a can-do attitude. You will be working as part of an enthusiastic and experienced team.

The Role: Senior Support Worker

To continuously review administrative processes and procedures to identify potential improvements

To implement new/revised administration systems including telephone procedures, filing manual and computerised, record storage etc to maintain records including personnel, absence, holiday, and time attendance records, expenses, annual leave, timesheets, to process payments & invoices including debtor accounts and re-charges, to administer and reconcile the petty cash Impress account, Bed Statements

Repair Reporting, Ordering of Supplies/shopping when required, Bed sheets/dates planning the working week.

There will be a a short IT test, to support your understanding of your skills.
