Job summary

TipTopJob in Crostwick, Norwich area, seeks a committed Senior Support Worker for a permanent full-time role in a residential care home. You will be responsible for personal care, companionship, and promoting residents’ well-being, with night shifts included. An NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is required.

Salary is GBP 13.75 per hour (£25,740 per year) with benefits such as pension, induction, enhanced bank holiday rates, and recognition schemes. 36 hours per week, nights.

As a Senior Support Worker Your Key Duties Include

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well:being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well:being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

The successful Senior Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of GBP13.75 per hour and the annual salary is GBP25,740 per annum.
