Active Care Group in Northampton is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for Loyd House. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care and promoting independence for service users while ensuring adherence to policies and CQC standards.
You will lead ad-hoc shifts, mentor junior staff, and work within a rota that includes day shifts and occasional night cover on a full-time basis.

At Loyd House we have a strong focus on therapy, care and quality of life. We provide specialist post acute rehabilitation, as well as management of long term neurological conditions. provide all service users with the highest standards of care and support. Ensuring service users are treated with respect, dignity and in a way that enables and promotes their independence as individuals. Ensuring Active Care Group policies and procedures are adhered to and requirements of the Care Quality Commission are met. Senior Support workers will also be responsible for ensuring service users' needs are met through ad-hoc shift leading and mentoring less experienced employees through on-the-job training.
