Voyage Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker in Milton Keynes to lead a residential service, enhancing the quality of life for the people we support. You’ll work with a dynamic team to ensure high standards of care and daily operations run smoothly.

You will help residents gain independence, support supervision activities, and coordinate shifts and training, while staying focused on person-centered care and team development.

• Senior level support experience in care settings.

Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Milton Keynes. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

As a Senior Support Worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision’s, ordering medication and ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Seniors are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.
