JOB ROLE: Senior Support Worker

LOCATION: East Leake, Loughborough (LE12)

SALARY: £13.60 - £14.20* per hour

SHIFTS: 8AM - 3PM / 3PM-10PM

Full UK Manual Driving License Preferable.

Responsibilities of a Senior Support Worker include:

• Managing a team of Support Workers
• Providing high standards of care and support in line with care and support plans
• Promoting community relationships through various activities
• Accurately reporting, recording, and maintaining records as required
• Liaising with health professionals and families
• Completing supervisions and audits
• Ensuring all duties are performed to required standards and fostering a positive, homely atmosphere within the Home
