We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Victoria House. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for. Our goal is to deliver the highest standard of care, treating our service users as we would our own family. We utilize the latest care technology to allow more quality time with residents.

Previous experience working with older adults in residential care is required. You should be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and excellent with people. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. You should be working towards or have completed your QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with residents, their families, healthcare professionals, and your team. You will ensure families feel welcomed, keep healthcare professionals informed, and update your Line Manager on residents' needs and progress. Being a team player, following guidelines and policies, and maintaining good documentation skills are crucial.
