Job Title: Senior Support Worker - £12.52 per hour

Contract: Part-time - 24 hours a week

As a Senior Support Worker, you will have previous experience working with older adults in residential care, possess strong communication skills, and be working towards or have completed your QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Your responsibilities include building relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, maintaining care plans, and ensuring the highest standard of care.
