Job summary

SeeAbility’s Surrey Views in Leatherhead seeks a Waking Night Support Worker (Bank). You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and sight loss to live fuller, more independent lives. The role is bank/zero-hours, with guaranteed hours benefits and training opportunities.

You’ll join a caring, resilient team that values consistency, safety, and person-centred care. A UK manual driving licence and right to work in the UK are required.

Registered as The Royal School for the Blind, SeeAbility is one of the oldest disability charities in the UK. This year we are celebrating our 225th anniversary, having pioneered specialist support across multiple generations since 1799!

We specialise in supporting people who have learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, who may also have sight loss. Our support ranges from providing person‑centred support across our many supported‑living and residential care provisions.
