Job summary

SeeAbility’s Mulberry Lodge in Basingstoke is seeking a Female Support Worker to assist residents with complex care needs to live well and independently. You will provide daily support, plan activities, and contribute to tailored support plans.

The role is 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £25,525.50 per annum, plus benefits. A strong command of English, a valid manual UK driving licence, and the right to work in the UK are required.

Mulberry Lodge is a fantastic 6-bed supported living home that truly caters to adults with complex care needs and learning disabilities, including those with challenging behaviours. With some residents relying on PEG feeding and others benefiting from Vagus Nerve Stimulation for epilepsy, the expertise in managing intricate health care requirements here is essential.
