Job summary

SeeAbility in Bicester, Oxfordshire, is looking for a Female Support Worker to join our focused team across our supported living homes. The role is physical, hands-on and requires empathy, reliability and a commitment to helping people live the lives they choose.

You will provide daily personal care and support, build trusted relationships and help with daily routines. We offer 37.5 hours per week, guaranteed hours, paid training and career development, a supportive team and access to pay on

Qualifications

• Good spoken and written English.
• A full UK manual driving licence.
• The right to live and work in the UK.
• A practical, active approach to work, with the ability to support people throughout the day.
• A caring, positive and resilient mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines from morning to bedtime.
• Plan and participate in person-centred activities (walks, shopping, outings).
• Build trusted, respectful relationships to support confidence and wellbeing.
• Keep clear and accurate records.
• Work closely with colleagues and professionals.

Salary: £13.69 per hour (£26,695 per annum) plus benefits.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Driving Licence: Manual full UK licence essential
