SeeAbility is seeking a Female Support Worker to help a young man in his own home in the SO15 area. You’ll empower him with daily routines, engage in person-centred activities, and buildTherapeutic relationships while documenting support notes.

A love of gaming and being a confident swimmer will help connect with him; you’ll drive your own car with business insurance for outings. Full UK driving licence is required, and you will be supported with comprehensive training and career development.

Salary: £25,525.09 per year (£13.09 per hour) plus benefits

A young man supported by SeeAbility in his own home is looking for calm, patient, and positive individual to join his dedicated support team. He has autism and learning disabilities and while his behaviour can occasionally be challenging, he is seeking someone who can help him lead an active and fulfilling life.

The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and passionate about supporting others to gain independence.
