Job summary

SeeAbility in Tadley is seeking a Senior Support Worker to help adults with complex care needs live fuller, more independent lives. You will support daily routines, plan person-centred activities, and build trusted relationships with individuals and their teams.

This physical, hands-on role requires patience, good English, a driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK, with guaranteed hours and opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

  • Must have a QCF Health & Social Care Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent).
  • Willingness to undertake a Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Full UK manual driving licence held
  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Able to provide practical, hands-on support and maintain safety and dignity.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily routines from morning to bedtime.
  • Plan and run person-centred activities.
  • Build trusted, respectful relationships to support confidence and wellbeing.
  • Keep clear and accurate records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and professionals.

Role Description

Senior Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter!

Location: Tadley, Hampshire

Salary: £14.52 per hour, (£28,314 per annum) plus benefits

Hours: 37.5hrs per week - on a shift rota basis, including some weekend shifts

Driving Licence: Manual UK licence / alternative transport required (due to local bus availability)

Visa Sponsorships: Not available
