SeeAbility in Tadley is seeking a Senior Support Worker to help adults with complex care needs live fuller, more independent lives. You will support daily routines, plan person-centred activities, and build trusted relationships with individuals and their teams.
This physical, hands-on role requires patience, good English, a driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK, with guaranteed hours and opportunities for training and career development.
Senior Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter!
Location: Tadley, Hampshire
Salary: £14.52 per hour, (£28,314 per annum) plus benefits
Hours: 37.5hrs per week - on a shift rota basis, including some weekend shifts
Driving Licence: Manual UK licence / alternative transport required (due to local bus availability)

This is a physical, hands‑on role, and to succeed you’ll have:
A QCF in Health and Social Care Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with willingness to undertake a level 3 in Health and Social Care, and demonstrate reasonable knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential living, is required.
