Job description

Aim Recruitment is recruiting Senior Support Workers for our client based in Hemsworth.

This is a great opportunity to get started in an exciting new role as a Senior Support Worker and support Young People with their day-to-day lives with a fantastic company.

Job Role
  1. Make a huge difference within a child’s life by providing care, support, and supervision.
  2. Create positive relationships with young people, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.
  3. Provide guidance and support to all support workers while communicating the performance and needs to the Registered Manager.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
  • At least 2 years experience in Residential Childcare working alongside young people.
  • Valid UK driving licence.

Salary between £26,800 - £30,500 (dependent on sleep‑ins).
