Job description

Aim Recruitment is recruiting Senior Support Workers for our client based in Broomyshaw.

Job Role
  • As a Senior Support Worker you will have the opportunity to make a huge difference within a child’s life by providing care, support, and supervision.
  • You will create positive relationships with the young people (children), meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.
  • Being a senior within a home you will give guidance and support to all support workers while providing excellent communication to the Registered Manager regarding performance and needs of everyone.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
  • At least 2 years experience within Residential Childcare and working alongside young people.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Salary between £26,800 – £30,500 (Depends on sleep‑ins).
  • Great work/life balance. Rotas provided ensures consistency for the children and young people whilst providing you with flexibility and the means for training and progression.
