Job summary

Cygnet Group in Hungerford, England, invites applications for a confident Senior Support Worker (Days) at The Old Vicarage. This full-time role (40 hours weekly) is days-only, delivering care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a specialist residential setting.

You will support management and front-line staff, ensure safe duty allocation, and provide person-centered, compassionate care while promoting independence and community integration. DBS checks are required.

Cygnet Group are looking for a confidentSenior Support Worker (Days)with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You'll be working full-time, 40 hours a week, working Days Only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at The Old Vicarage.

The Old Vicarage is a specialist residential service, supporting adults with learning disabilities who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs. We provide specialist care and support that is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration.

We encourage and enable individuals we support to lead a full and happy life, working with them to discover their strengths, abilities, and preferences so that their care can be as person-centred as possible.

The People We Support:

• Adults from the age of 18+ years
• Individuals with a primary diagnosis of learning disability accompanied with behaviours that challenge including mental illness or a forensic background
• Individuals with a secondary diagnosis of personality disorder or autism
• May have communication challenges
• May have associated complex needs

Your day-to-day

• Support both management and team members in the day-to-dayrunning of the service
