Salary: £25,784 - £28,589 (DOE)

We are seeking a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader with experience overseeing a team in adult social care. You will be working for a lovely, person-centred, and specialist organisation that provides supported living for individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and challenging behaviors.

We are looking for compassionate and conscientious Senior Support Workers who are passionate about promoting independence and supporting service users and their families in their rehabilitation journey.

You will receive:

• A competitive salary of £25,784 - £28,589 (DOE)
• £82 per sleep-in
• Full-time, permanent contract of 37.5 hours per week, with available overtime
• 28 days holiday (including bank holidays off), increasing after 2 years
