Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Nottingham. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

As a Senior Support Worker, you'll help people gain more independence in their daily lives, while assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. Your responsibilities may include allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting supervision, ordering medication, and helping the people we support manage their finances. You’ll always remember why you do this, as our Seniors remain central to providing day-to-day support.

This role is ideal for someone eager to make a real difference, whether by helping colleagues grow in confidence or supporting individuals to achieve their independence and goals.

We value both experience and the right values. Therefore, our Seniors should have previous experience as a Support Worker at a senior level, a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, and experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviors of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories, and trauma.
