Job summary

Agincare South Central in Hampshire is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead a team and deliver person-centred care across multiple locations. You will provide hands‑on support, review plans, and mentor colleagues to ensure consistent, high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior support or team leader role.
• Confidence supporting complex needs.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.

• Strong organisation and IT skills.
• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.

You’ll support individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. Each person is unique, and you’ll help ensure their care is person-centred, consistent, and tailored to their lifestyle, whether that’s providing personal care, helping with daily routines or enjoying days out or quieter time at home.
