Job summary

Agincare Enable is seeking a Senior Support Worker in Grantham to provide hands-on care and lead teams across multiple locations. You’ll support individuals with learning disabilities and autism, coordinating personal care and community activities while ensuring safe, person-centred delivery of services.

Your experience in senior roles, ability to guide colleagues, and strong organisational skills will help you manage shifts, review care plans, and liaise with families and professionals to

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior support or team leader role.
• Confident supporting complex needs.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable/working towards).
• Strong organisation and IT skills.
• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.

The people you’ll support :

You’ll support individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. Each person is unique, and you’ll help ensure their care is person‑centred, consistent, and tailored to their lifestyle, whether that’s providing personal care, helping with daily routines or enjoying days out or quieter time at home.

• Experience in a senior support or team leader role
