CareTech is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for our Grosvenor Court service in Folkestone, to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. A driving licence is essential and the role involves rota-based shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

Rate: £14.03 per hour + £78.30 sleep in rate
Location: Folkestone, Kent
Permanent | Full-time | 39 hours per week (rota-based)
We may be unable to support applications where Home Office visa restrictions prevent candidates from meeting the full contractual hours or requirements of the role.

Grosvenor Court is a 13 Bedded Residential Home for Learning Disabilities, majority are all wheelchair bound and require hoisting etc., there is a lot of personal care involved as the majority are doubly incontinent. Easy access to public transport. Close to local shops
You will:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated senior professional who leads with compassion, patience, and respect. You will bring a positive, resilient approach and be confident supporting both individuals and colleagues. Strong communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team are essential. Reliability, flexibility, and competent IT and written skills are also important to this role.
