CareTech is recruiting a Female Bank Support Worker for Grosvenor Court in Folkestone to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. This role involves delivering person-centred care and promoting independence.
You will work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins, with full training provided if you have no prior experience. You will contribute to a supportive team and help residents achieve their personal goals.
We may be unable to support applications where Home Office visa restrictions prevent candidates from meeting the full contractual hours or requirements of the role.

Grosvenor Court is a 13 Bedded Residential Home for Learning Disabilities, majority are all wheelchair bound and require hoisting etc., there is a lot of personal care involved as the majority are doubly incontinent. Easy access to public transport. Close to local shops
We’re seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.
No previous experience? No problem! If you have the passion, we’ll provide full training and a structured induction programme.
