Lifeways Group is seeking a Team Leader to supervise a designated group of Support Workers in our Bradford services. The role involves leading the team to deliver person-centred care and maintaining high service standards on a supported living site.

You will work closely with the Service Manager, provide supervision and mentorship, and help ensure regulatory compliance across shifts and rotas. Previous supervisory experience in this sector is essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 and/or minimum of three years experience within the learning disability or mental health sector.
• Minimum of one year of management or supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• To work with the Service Manager to oversee a supported living service, ensuring that systems and standards are maintained to a high quality.
• To ensure compliance with all external regulatory standards.
• To provide support and supervision of Support Workers within the identified team.
