Job summary

Lifeways Group is seeking a Team Leader for the Stanley site to oversee a supported living service, ensuring high standards and regulatory compliance. You will supervise the staff team and work with medical professionals and families as part of a multi-disciplinary approach.

You will participate in 24-hour on-call rotation, support care planning, risk assessments, and ongoing service improvements within the care sector.

Qualifications

• Ideally you will hold an NVQ / SVQ 3 or a QCF level 3 award certificate or diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• You will have supervisory responsibilities; therefore previous management/supervisory experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• To work with the Service Manager to oversee a supported living service, ensuring that systems and standards are maintained to a high quality.
• To ensure compliance with all external regulatory standards.
• To provide support and supervision of Support Workers within the identified team.
• To support and supervise the delivery of person centred services to all people using the service.
• To develop own knowledge and practice relative to continuous service improvement.
