Join us as a Senior Support Pharmacy Technician - Outpatients at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, working with Blue Sky Marketing.
This role involves contributing to pharmaceutical services such as issuing prescriptions, providing advice, and supporting the Outpatient Pharmacy team to ensure compliance with legal and operational standards. You will deputise for the Superintendent Pharmacist, requiring strong leadership and decision-making skills, and oversee junior staff.
Responsibilities include supporting multidisciplinary teams with pharmaceutical care, monitoring service performance, and managing designated staff including supervision, attendance, and training needs. The role aims to support the development and evaluation of clinical pharmacy services.
